In addition to the above causes, hair loss may be caused due to prolonged stress and not taking proper care of your hair and maintain them in a proper hygienic way.

For healthy hair growth, one needs to take plenty of fruits and vegetables and try to avoid too much fatty foods. High amounts of protein consumption help to grow strong and silky soft hair.
