Who does not want to live a healthy life? Of course everyone wants to have a fit and healthy life. We must have observed that in the past, people used to have many years of healthy life as well as their memory used to be excellent too. But, today the average life span has also decreased as well as the memory of people is very bad. The reason for this change is the poor living style that has led to the reduction of exercise and more time is being spent in front of computers. Moreover, it can be rightly said that we have developed bad eating and drinking habits that has led to the lack of stamina.

Importance of Water in Life:
Water is the essence and most important need of life which can let a person stay healthy and fresh while maintaining a smart body. Water is the most important natural resource with its manifold advantages.
Don’t overload yourself with Water Intake: The correct timing of drinking water will give the most effective results of it.
For e.g. if one drinks 2 glasses of water almost half an hour before any meal it will help in digestion. Similarly a glass of water once you wake up will help to activate the internal organs of a human being. Drinking a glass of water before you sleep will help avoid any kind of heart stroke. Another important point is that taking a glass of water after taking bath will help to lower the blood pressure of a human being.
Drinking water is a small activity which can be easily applied in life and it can help you to lead a safe and healthy life. It should be adopted as a habit in daily routine, as its effects are long term and advantageous for living a fresh and healthy life.

If you are not a senior, or you are not disabled, you have probably given very little thought to Medicare and Medicaid. You have probably just always assumed that the coverage would be there for you when you need it. And because it is government coverage, you probably always thought you would be well taken care of. But here is something you need to know: when you need Medicare and Medicaid, be prepared for them to let you down.
All disabled and senior citizens face common problems with Medicaid and Medicare: the insurance does not cover what they need. This is a real problem for a growing number of Americans.
As a person with disabilities and diabetes, I am covered under both Medicare and Medicaid. Because of my chronic health conditions (diabetes), I need routine care and consistency of treatment. Without this, I cannot maintain my health, let alone hope for any improvement.
I have seen times when a single medicine is changed month after month after month because my pharmacist has to give me whatever my insurance has approved that month. There’s no such thing as “my doctor says this is what I need, so I get this” when it comes to these insurance companies. You either get what they have on their pre-approved list, or your doctor has to go through a lengthy pre-authorization quest. Meanwhile, what are you supposed to do? The blunt truth is that not all generics work as well as brand name medicines for every person.
Sometimes you really do need something specific. And even if you are able to use a generic, shouldn’t you at least be able to count on getting the same generic on a consistent basis? That doesn’t even begin to address the issue of co-payments that keep going up and up and up.
This is not just my take on things. I have talked to a number of senior and disabled persons to find out that they are having the same problems and frustrations. Sometimes we just get so disgusted fighting with our insurance that we want to give up and say, “Enough is enough.”
I think because the government runs both Medicare and Medicaid, that we would all be better off if they merged into a single organization. I think that would help them provide better coverage and would end in fewer conflicts. Because seniors and disabled persons have limited income, they should also provide 100% coverage for the medications and expenses that are needed.
